Deadly pileup blamed on fog, wildfire smoke

Israel strikes mosque in West Bank

Israel carried out an airstrike in the West Bank, hitting a mosque it claimed was being used by Hamas. U.S. urging Israel to delay ground assault of Gaza

The U.S. has been quietly urging Israel to delay an expected ground assault in Gaza.
