El Paso suspect claims he was targeting Mexicans in deadly massacre
The suspect in the El Paso massacre told arresting officers he was targeting Mexicans. That is according to documents obtained by CBS News. It was one week ago on Saturday that he allegedly opened fire in a Walmart near the Mexican border.
