Kamala Harris on claims of low blow shot at Biden’s record: “Just speaking truth”

In her only network TV interview Sen. Kamala Harris joins “CBS This Morning” to discuss her heated exchange with fellow presidential candidate Joe Biden during Thursday night’s Democratic debate. Harris took aim at the former vice president’s position in the 1970s and 80s when he opposed the federal government’s involvement in using busing to help desegregate schools. Source

The generational divide was front and center, with younger Democrats finding flaws in the resumes of more established candidates. Trump playfully tells Putin, “don’t meddle in the election”

President Trump met his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin at the G20 in Japan, and a reporter asked if he would tell the Russian leader not to meddle in U.S. democracy again. “Of course I will,” Mr. Trump said with a wry smile, pointing at Putin and saying, “don’t meddle in the election.” Source
