With Hurricane Dorian essentially stalling to the east, parts of the Florida coasts are bracing for what Dorian could bring. Schools are closed throughout Palm Beach County, the West Palm airport is closed, and several hospitals in the area have shut their doors and transferred their patients to other medical centers.
