In Missouri, state legislators overwhelmingly passed a law Friday placing new restrictions on doctors who perform abortions. The law bans the procedure after eight weeks of pregnancy, and there are no exceptions for rape or incest. Doctors could face up to 15 years in prison for performing an abortion. Trump scraps steel and aluminum tariffs on Canada, Mexico

As a trade war with China intensifies, President Trump is striking a deal with Canada and Mexico. On Friday, the president announced Canada and Mexico have agreed to drop tariffs on American goods in exchange for the U.S. scrapping tariffs on steel and aluminum imports from both countries.
