Trump immigration official Ken Cuccinelli tweaks the Statue of Liberty poem

Ken Cuccinelli, the acting head of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, was asked in an NPR interview if he agreed that the words etched on the Statue of Liberty are part of the American ethos. “They certainly are,” Cuccinelli replied. “Give me your tired and your poor who can stand on their own two feet and who will not become a public charge.” Source
