A terrifying chain of events was triggered by a traffic stop Saturday in the heart of Texas’ oil country. A man pulled over by state troopers opened fire and fled, and later hijacked a U.S. Postal Service truck, embarking on a shooting spree. At least 24 people were shot, six fatally.
