She also co-founded the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Last week Osmond joined “The Talk” for its 10th season. She talked with “CBS This Morning” about her new view from the “Talk” table. Former NSA contractor Edward Snowden says he wants a fair trial if he returns to the U.S. He’s been living in exile in Moscow since 2013 after leaking top secret government documents. Snowden opens up about his decisions in a new memoir titled “Permanent Record.” Jennifer Szalai, a book critic for The New York Times, wrote a review of the book and she joins CBSN to discuss that and Snowden’s interview on “CBS This Morning.” Source

Antonio Brown accuser reportedly meeting with NFL Monday

The woman accusing NFL superstar Antonio Brown of sexual assault plans to meet with league officials Monday, according to the Associated Press. Britney Taylor used to be Brown’s personal trainer. She filed a lawsuit last week, claiming he raped her. She’ll meet with the NFL on the day after Brown scored his first touchdown for the New England Patriots. Jericka Duncan reports. Source

“Tent courts” open along southern U.S. border

The Trump administration is opening “tent courts” today to review cases from asylum-seekers affected by the president’s “Remain in Mexico” policy. CBS News correspondent Mireya Villarreal is outside one of the tent courts in Brownville, Texas, with more on the conditions migrants are living in as they await asylum hearings. Source
