House Judiciary Committee approves both articles of impeachment

The House Judiciary Committee voted along party lines to approve the two articles of impeachment against President Trump for abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. The vote Friday morning took roughly seven minutes, following an entire day of debate Thursday. The articles now go to the full House for a vote next week. Watch how the vote unfolded. Source

Barnard College students shocked by Tessa Majors murder: “It could have been anyone”

New York City police are stepping up patrols near an Ivy League university after the brutal stabbing death of a student. Tessa Majors, 18, was in her first year at Barnard, the women’s college affiliated with Columbia University. Majors was murdered Wednesday in a public park next door to Columbia’s campus.
