Lawmakers introduce bill to stop influx of unaccompanied minors

Two Texas lawmakers, Sen. John Cornyn, a Republican, and Rep. Henry Cuellar, a Democrat, introduced legislation intended to discourage Central Americans from sending their children to the U.S. The bill calls for unaccompanied minors to see a judge within seven days of being detained.
