California court clears way for new Bill Cosby deposition

According to the Waller County Sheriff’s Office, Sandra Bland had checked “yes” on a form that asked if she had tried to kill herself in the last year. The disclosure raises new questions about the guards who were on duty when Bland allegedly killed herself in her cell.
