GPS device helps pinpoint suspect, victim in Philadelphia kidnapping
Carlesha Freeland-Gaither, 22, was reunited with her family after being snatched off a Philadelphia street. The police were able to locate her and her kidnapper by tracking a GPS. The device had been placed in the car by a used car dealership worried about the buyer’s bad credit. Jericka Duncan reports. Source
