Video appears to shows Texas National Guardsmen not helping mother and child in Rio Grande

Disturbing new video appears to show members of the Texas National Guard not helping a woman and a crying child floating in the Rio Grande last week. The mother and child reportedly were able to reach the southern banks of the Mexican side of the river on their own. Source
