No indication of terrorist attack at Rainbow Bridge, New York governor says

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul held a news conference Wednesday following a vehicle explosion at the Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls that forced the closure of four U.S.-Canada border crossings. There is no indication of a terrorist attack at the time, Hochul said. Source
