Abbott says he won’t remove border buoys as DOJ sues Texas over barrier

A high-stakes legal fight continues over a floating barrier placed in the Rio Grande to stop migrant crossings. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott says the barrier, made up of buoys, is necessary to keep people out. The Justice Department is suing Texas to have the buoys removed.
