Vermont dam threatens to overflow as crews rescue hundreds

Multiple rounds of intense rainstorms dumped two months of rain in just two days in Vermont and other parts of the northeast. Officials warn a dam upstream from the capital city of Vermont, Montpelier, could overflow for the first time — adding to the existing flood damage.
