John Kelly on North Korea: “They’re not much threat right now except in the world of cyber”

Department of Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly said North Korea is “pretty aggressive when they want to be in cyber.” He also said that the minute they get a missile — with a nuclear device on it — that can reach the U.S., “we are at grave risk as a nation.” Source
