McCain and Kerry spar over U.S. foreign policy

The issues in Ukraine led to a clash between Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry over U.S. foreign policy. McCain told Kerry that the Obama administration’s policy in Ukraine, Russia, and the Middle East is “failing very badly.” Kerry replied that diplomacy is better than war. Sharyn Alfonsi reports.
