N.Y. man charged in deaths of twins after leaving them in hot car

A Bronx man was charged in the deaths of his one-year-old twins after they died in a hot car. According to police, the man left the twins in the car for eight hours while he was at work at the VA hospital. CBS New York’s Ali Bauman reports. Source
