Severe storms and flooding hammer parts of the Gulf Coast

Cities along the Gulf Coast have been getting hammered by rain – up to a month’s worth in some places over the past 24 hours. In Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a man drowned in his car after it stalled and sank on a flooded road. Mireya Villarreal reports from Louisiana. Source
