The Five Worst Things You Can Order at Chain Restaurants

A group called the Center for Science in the Public Interest just put out their annual list of the worst things you can order at chain restaurants.  Meaning things with the most calories.  Here’s the top five. . .

1.  Red Lobster’s Create Your Own Combo.  You get three entrees, French fries, a salad, and biscuits.  The least healthy combination you can go with is Coconut shrimp, Walt’s Favorite shrimp, and Linguine Alfredo with shrimp, which has 2,710 calories.

2.  The Herb Roasted Prime Rib at Outback Steakhouse, 2,400 calories.

3.  The Pineapple Upside Down Master Blast at Sonic, 2,020 calories.  It’s 32 ounces of vanilla shake with salted caramel, whipped cream, and little pieces of pie crust.

4.  The Chorizo Fiesta Omelet at IHOP, 1,990 calories.  The actual omelet has 1,300, and you also get three pancakes.

5.  Steak ‘N Shake’s 7-by-7 Steakburger ‘N Fries, 1,570 calories.  It’s seven hamburger patties with seven slices of cheese.
