91-year-old retired farmer receives high school diploma

Minnesota grandfather Clifford Hanson dropped out of school in the 8th grade to help save his family farm. After telling a nurse about his life story, she wanted to do something to help him get the high school diploma he never received. So she organized an honorary graduation ceremony for the 91-year-old.
