8 killed, 10 hurt after SUV plows into crowd outside Texas migrant shelter

Eight people were killed and at least 10 others were injured in Texas after an SUV crashed into a group of people waiting at a bus stop outside a migrant shelter. Police are looking into whether the crash was intentional. Nicole Sganga reports. Source
