Dude arrested for DUI while wearing a very fitting t-shirt

Elwood R Gutshall III has terrible timing when it comes to fashion.  He was arrested in Newville, Pennsylvania after his blood alcohol level was found to be way over the legal limit. This is where the fashion sense comes in, he was wearing a St. Patrick’s Day-themed shirt that reads “Drunk Lives Matter.” They’re only charging him on DUI and traffic violations because apparently you can’t go to jail for stupidity.
