Tess Simpson of Cookeville Awarded Bill Penn Broadcast Scholarship

Recent Cookeville High School graduate Tess Simpson has been awarded the Bill Penn Broadcast Scholarship. The award was presented Thursday, June 1st during a ceremony at Del Monaco Winery.
